One roll of film, 24 shots, no preview of images, and no room for error. That experience has led me to where I am today and the philosophy that the journey is ongoing.

Portrait Photography
The aim of portrait photography is to capture the personality of a person. To do this effectively requires great people skills to relax and connect with them immediately. A clear understanding of lighting styles and the effect they create is also paramount. Creative elements can also be added by using outdoor locations, or outfits.

Portrait photography has been a passion of mine for over 40 years and has always been about creating unique images. A lengthy background in customer service has provided me with the communication skills required for people to feel relaxed and at ease. My background in portrait photography includes modeling portfolios, corporate headshots, and an endless array of themed portraits, some of which have received awards at the international level.

Photography
Architectural photography to me is about one artist capturing a true rendition of another artists creation. The bold colours of fixtures and walls, unique and intricate feature walls, or contouring stairwells adorned with wooden off cuts.
Capturing images of these majestic creations requires a keen eye for detail, and a very clear understanding of lighting and perspective. With over 40 years’ experience in film and digital my understanding of these qualities make me an ideal choice for your next important project.
Framing
A good quality frame not only protects your precious memories, but displays them for all to enjoy. From sporting memorabilia, to a treasured piece of artwork, or a favorite print. With access to a huge range of locally made moldings, there is something to suit everyone.
All my frames are constructed using archival tapes and matt board to improve longevity. All work is carried out in my home studio which allows me to keep costs well down without sacrificing quality.
